What it is
CONSTRUX presents a luxury home builder, where the proof is the craft. The site carries a scroll-scrubbed build timeline, a filterable project lightbox, and a drag-to-compare before/after slider.
It is a concept site for a client that does not exist, built as a demonstration of how far a static page can go.
How it is made
The construction sequence is AI-generated video, scrubbed frame by frame against scroll so the house assembles as the visitor reads. No framework and no build step: plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
That constraint is deliberate. The page loads fast and can be handed to a non-technical owner without a toolchain.
